Austin Community College — Introduction to Accounting, Bookkeeping and Business
This course sparked my love for accounting and gave me a strong foundation in business principles, shaping the path I’ve continued to build on through further training and real-world experience.
I learned Analyzing transactions, the adjusting process, completing the accounting cycle, inventories, bad debt expense and discounting notes, depreciation, depletion and amortization, payroll, accounting for partnerships, corporations, and sole proprietors, financial statement analysis, processing business tax forms, Intuit QuickBooks Online, project management, accounts receivable invoicing, bill pay and payment tracking, and more.

My Interests
Around 2015, I managed the bookkeeping for a small trucking company, with all records done traditionally by hand rather than on a computer. I discovered my love for accounting in college and it has only grown stronger over time. Beyond the numbers, I enjoy reading, writing, exploring the outdoors, teaching women about following Jesus Christ and finding ways to serve others.
I value honesty, authenticity, and strong moral principles, which guide both my life and my work. I’ve chosen to keep my practice intentionally small so that each client receives the personal attention and support they truly deserve. My style is friendly and approachable while also being direct and efficient, always focused on bringing clarity and practical solutions.
