Next, you’ll receive a questionnaire to help me understand your goals, challenges, and vision of success. This helps us come to our call fully prepared, so we can focus on solutions and your specific goals instead of just gathering info.
The questionnaire is sent via email.
Step 3: Discovery Call
We’ll discuss your needs, clarify scope, and outline next steps.
This call will take place after you have completed step 2.

We’re excited at the prospect of you potentially having a bookkeeping handmaid and entrusting us with your bookkeeping needs.
In order to discover more about your business’s needs and to see if we are a good fit for collaborating together, we need you to complete our process.
Please note: We do not manage bill payments, invoicing, collections, payroll, tax filing, business advising, or financial planning.
If you sell digital products or services like online courses, PDFs, templates, or memberships, that’s totally fine!
We can do bookkeeping for simple digital sales through Stripe or PayPal (or similar), but we do not work with full e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, or WooCommerce that sell physical items and require sales tax filing.
