We do not manage bill payments, invoicing, collections, payroll, tax filing, business advising, or financial planning. We do not serve businesses who’s operations require the filing of sales taxes.
Our Premium Standard of Bookkeeping
We do not offer bare minimum bookkeeping. Every ledger we tend is brought to a state of clarity and order that allows my clients to trust their numbers without hesitation.
Each transaction is handled with care:
- Receipts and documents are attached whenever available
- Memos and Descriptions are written with intention so the purpose of your money movement is always clear
- Vendors and customers/clients are assigned with accuracy
- Income is labeled by product or service so you can see exactly what your business is earning
- Locations and departments are also added
This approach is more than compliance. It is audit ready bookkeeping that gives you insight, confidence, and a clear understanding of your financial story.
It is a premium level of service, and it is the only standard we offer.

If you currently use a different software, you must be willing to switch in order for us to serve you. (If you are leaving QuickBooks online, We can migrate your data for free)

- You have active loans or credit cards that you pay back frequently.
- You continuously use the same account for both your business and personal spending
- (Exception: If you are willing to pay an additional $500–$800 upfront and per quarter to cover the extra time needed to sort business and personal transactions, we may be able to accommodate you.)
